Summer Eclectic 2019

The Summer Eclectic began on April 1st. Remember you must play out every hole on your first card, full details of the competition are in the Information Booklet.

 

ECLECTIC - Summer 2019                 

  1. Entry fee is £3 , please put in an envelope in the Ladies money box.
  2. The first round must be played over 18 holes and all scores entered on your eclectic sheet. Thereafter just enter improved scores each time.
  3. Sign your sheet ( or the competition book if doing both) before going out to play indicating your intention of returning an Eclectic score.
  4. After play enter scores on your sheet and ensure both you and your marker sign your sheet.

Ladies Section Birdie and Par Tree Competitions 2019

  • When you complete your round please enter the Birdies and Pars  in the Birdie/ Par Folder and ask your marker to sign the page, before putting your card in the Ladies box.
  • Only put the Birdie tags on the Tree ( there are too many pars for the tree to hold!!!)

The Birdie Tree   

This competition rewards the player that has gained the most ACTUAL birdies throughout the year. There is a Category 1 and 2 (up to 12 handicap) and a Category 3 + ( 13 + handicap) winner.

Entry into this competition is automatic for all members with a handicap. There is no entry fee and all birdies achieved in eclectic rounds, medals or club competitions count.

Please enter your name on a Birdie Record Sheet  (there is a black folder which contains Birdie Sheets in the Locker Room) then log your birdies after each competition on the sheet. And finally - fill in a small red tag with your name and date hang it on the appropriate hook on the birdie tree.

The Par Tree This competition runs in the same way as the Birdie Tree rewarding the player who has the most ACTUAL pars throughout the year. Entry into this competition is automatic for all members with a handicap between 21-36. There is a Category 4 ( 21-28 handicap) and a Category 5 (29 – 36 handicap) winner. There is no entry fee and all pars achieved in eclectic rounds, medals or club competitions count. Please enter your name on a Par Record Sheet (there is a black folder, which contains Par Sheets, in the Locker Room) then log your pars after each competition on the sheet.
